The service
AIEO provides IELTS practice, estimates and feedback. It is not affiliated with British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English. Band scores are estimated practice guidance, not official IELTS results.
Your account
Keep your password private and use your account yourself. You are responsible for what is done with it.
Plans and payments
The Free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Pro by card renews monthly until you cancel it in Plan and billing; it stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Exam Sprint and bank transfer passes are one payment and do not renew. Prices are shown before you pay, and AUD prices include GST. Paddle sells card plans to you as our reseller and merchant of record, so Paddle's buyer terms also apply to those purchases.
Speaking minutes
Speaking time counts while the examiner is connected to you. Plan minutes end when the plan period ends. Extra minutes you buy last 90 days, and a single full mock lasts 60 days. Minutes cannot be used after they expire.
Refunds
Refunds for card payments are handled by Paddle under its buyer terms; use the help link in your Paddle receipt email to ask. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service: no abuse of limits, no sharing accounts for commercial resale, and no unlawful content. Paid plans include fair-use daily limits for Writing marks and partner messages.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
