How Speaking time works
- Time counts only while the examiner is connected to you.
- If nobody speaks for a while, the line closes and the clock stops. Resume picks up the same conversation.
- Plan minutes last until your plan renews or ends. Extra minutes last 90 days.
Questions
Can I cancel?
Yes. Card plans can be canceled from Plan and billing at any time and stay active until the end of the month you paid for. Bank transfer passes never renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
Do unused minutes carry over?
Plan minutes end when the plan period ends. Minutes you buy separately stay usable for 90 days, and a full mock for 60 days.
Which currency do I pay in?
Paddle confirms the currency and final amount at checkout, then emails your receipt.
What counts as a Writing mark?
Each essay or revision you submit for a band estimate and feedback. Your placement test does not count.
